Raven's Fire is a sixty-foot boat out of Sitka, Alaska. She is ideal for exploring the glacier-headed fjords, lonely beaches, and lush rainforests of Southeast Alaska. Early this morning an extremely low tide exposed curious plants and animals that are hardly ever exposed to the air. Later, we hiked through meadows filled with wild flowers, took our sea kayaks up tidal inlets, tried a little fishing, and watched a fantastic sunset.
